  • Can I make a change to my order?
    If you find an error on your order confirmation, please contact us immediately! Please note once your order has been placed, we are sometimes limited on the changes we can make.
  • Can I cancel my custom order?
    It is sometimes possible to cancel a custom order if your order hasn’t already been prepared for shipping. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order to discuss.
  • Can I return my order if I’ve made a mistake in spelling?
    If your order is personalized, we cannot accept returns after they have been delivered if there is a mistake in the spelling. Landry carefully checks spellings as she produces each design to avoid errors. We cannot emphasize enough the need to make sure you verify the spelling of names or messages when placing your order, if you get the spelling of a name incorrect, unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about it!
  • Can I return an exclusive limited-edition order?
    Due to the nature of exclusive limited-edition goods, unless shop error, these items are final sale and nonrefundable.
  • Am I responsible for return shipping costs if I need to return/exchange an item?
    It depends on the circumstance. If Creative Webber Goods makes a mistake in the production of your order, then no you would not be responsible for return shipping costs. In some cases, the item can be kept, but if the item requires a return, then Creative Webber Goods will cover the costs and email a shipping label to the customer. In the event that your item is approved for a return and was not the fault of Creative Webber Goods, then yes you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • If I placed an order without any modifications to the product, can I return it?
    Yes, if the item is returned within 14 days from the delivery date. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Tags must still be attached to the product for a refund to be issued.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    For a limited time, Creative Webber Goods is excited to offer free shipping on all orders, no minimum. If you need a faster turnaround, please contact me to discuss pricing. As with everything these days, I cannot control the shipping speeds, but I do everything in my power to get your orders out as fast as possible!
  • What are typical delivery times?
    Nothing about mail delivery is typical these days! Upon order confirmation, an email with guestimated delivery dates will be sent to the email provided at check out.
  • What is the sizing like for Creative Webber Goods Tees?
    CW Goods tees are by BELLA+CANVAS and come in standard unisex adult sizing, unless otherwise noted as a crop top or tank top. Our size range includes S, M, L, and XL. The fit of our tees is similar to any typical crewneck t shirt.
  • How do I care for tees from your shop?
    Please wash all apparel inside out on cold and air dry. Please check the individual tag for best care instructions! Creative Webber Goods is not responsible for malfunctions due to incorrect washing.
  • If I'm customizing an order or working with you on a custom item, will I get a proof prior to production?
    Yes. To ensure your goods are correct, you will be emailed a proof of your item prior to production. It is the customers responsibility to approve the proof within 48 hours to begin production.
  • Can I purchase blank goods from Creative Webber Goods?
    Unfortunately, due to licensing and contractual agreements with suppliers, Creative Webber Goods is unable to resell blank apparel and goods unless specifically stated in the product listing.
  • How do I go about placing an order for limited-edition goods?
    When available, limited-edition goods can be purchased from the shop just like other products. If you have something specific in mind that you’d like me to find and/or create for you, please shoot me an email at creativelandry@aol.com.
